ON THE EDGE OF THE CITY: A CREATIVE CENTER AT THE PORT OF IZMIR

The objective of this project is creating a Performing Arts Center that will provide various spaces for different fields where the people of this area will be able to produce their OWN ART. It will support theater and music which are indispensable for people of İzmir. To enable people attraction to the site and give more value to İzmir, some Landmark Buildings are attached to the masterplan. Performing Arts Center is one of these landmarks in the site and the site itself is an interface, it is located among the port of İzmir and the old industrial site.
