The chosen area was located on the west side of the Mühye Village. Moreover, it connects with the city by Turan Güneş road. However, there are level differences between the construction site and the road. Therefore, the site has inclined topography. This complex was combining art and education with socializing needs. Therefore, the location of the complex has a value for combining the waterscape with people not only physically but also visually. The step-by-step shape of the building creates green terraces which are located at top of the building. The settlement of the building creates courtyards for every different function. Moreover, there are pergolas located for giving value to the areas. The buildings of the library and marketplace are elevated for welcoming people to the complex. Gridal column-beam systems carried all buildings with a pad foundation system. Therefore, there is an adobe brick cladding system for exterior walls. Moreover, the roof has a green structure system to cover the ceiling. In short, it is a complex for gathering the people for different functions, and it becomes a multi-functional area for every generation of Ankara.
