At the end of January 2020, Elazığ earthquake happened. The earthquake came with another disaster in City. The community was damaged. The damage was crucial for the life of the citizens and the community. Indıvıduals, families are hurt. Therefore, urban trauma happened. The approach of the architecture locates itself like this: Bringing the diverse, traumatic, helpless, victim community together onto the same ground. The ground that encaptures people and creating a breakup point of interaction, communication. Uniting people for re-constructing their life, their home, and their city.
A map of mind with three aims is shaped by the center. Reproducing cultural memory in the city, Recovering the society, Coordinating crises. These three aim branches and finds a place in with the form. Form of recovery, memory should derive from a simple form that everyone can embrace and find themselves in the forms' hollows. The hollow in the city followed by the hollow in the form. A ground for everyone needed another ground for traumas. This second trauma needs not separated but connected and communicative ground, used by the center's temporary, accomodating users for a long time. Thus, the community can take the FIRST STEP together again.
