The building shaped by the reference of the environment, and an inviting continuity, inner streets, and courtyards are built from general to private. An architectural language was created with a circular form with the potential to draw into the site. Thus an integrated flowing building has been formed. The bridge representing the entrance to the area and surrounding the square and reviving the spaces it joins is targeted. More lively places have been reached with the extension of the inner street that has a relationship with the city. There is a continuous circulation system to work with semi-open inner courtyards that flow into each other. Elevators and wet cores are located in the inner core, resulting in more spacious facades and spaces.
