Cyber Anastylosis: An Infrastructure for Cyber Defense

Halicarnassus, because of the rich culture it possesses, is a whole, including its past and present unlike anywhere else. Superimposition of the civilizations has appeared to form a cultural fill but in a disorganized manner. This cultural fill is examined related to the scape concept and the main problem is defined as a dull sheath which is covering the rich layers of accumulation. The aim of this project is to scrape out this surface literally and figuratively, to liberate parts of the city and to create a vivid connection with the contemporary world.
